Order Delivery Process
After placing an order, from manufacturing → quality inspection → packaging → shipping → logistics tracking, photos and videos will be taken and sent to your email, allowing you to monitor the progress in real-time.
1.Order Placement
- Customer Order: Place an order after receiving a quote from the account manager or through Alibaba International.
- Order Confirmation: The system automatically sends an order confirmation email, including order details and estimated delivery time.
2.Production Verification
- Order Review: The production team reviews the order details to ensure all requirements and specifications are accurate.
- Production Planning: A production plan is scheduled based on the order quantity and requirements.
3.Quality Inspection
- Product Testing: After production is completed, the product undergoes testing to ensure it meets technical and quality standards.
- Quality Inspection: The quality inspection team performs a final check to ensure the product meets quality requirements.
4. Packaging Verification
- Packaging Preparation: The products are packaged according to standard procedures to ensure safe transportation.
- Photo Verification: After packaging is completed, we will take photos to document the packaging condition and verify it with the customer to ensure accuracy.
5.Logistics and Shipping
- Logistics Shipment: We coordinate with the logistics company to arrange the shipment and transport the products to the designated port.
- Logistics Notification: Once the products arrive at the port, we promptly inform the customer, providing detailed logistics information and the estimated arrival time.
6.Technical Support
